A vision for future generations

4Generations2Come is Woodland Heights commitment to continued ministry in Northeast Tarrant County through expanding our current facilities and to renovate strategic spaces of our current facilities. The name is the expression of both why and how we are tackling this task.

The “why” is found in our commitment to see this church prosper and grow into the decades ahead as we make accommodations for growth. If we are going to continue to impact our community with the gospel, we must provide space for Bible Study and for the safe and secure nurturing of the next generation.

This effort is our opportunity to further the gospel, both as individuals and as a corporate body, by giving to the future needs of our current space. The “how” is found in the “4:2” of the name, drawing our attention to Colossians 4:2 “Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.” Just as Paul encouraged the church in Colossi to continue their work with this mindset, we will approach this process with it.
