COVID -19 RESPONSE

Dear WHBC Family,

In a continuing effort to ensure the health and safety of all our members, our church staff has prayerfully considered the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control, State, County and City governments, and have decided we will carry on with suspending all activities at our physical location for the time being.  The staff has prayed and discussed ways to safely reopen, but do not feel it is possible in the immediate future.  We are making plans for when we do open, and ask for your prayers, patience and understanding.

Even though our physical location is closed, we are continuing to meet for worship ONLINE at 10:15 AM.  Many groups and classes are meeting throughout the week online through platforms like Zoom, and some are meeting by conference calls.

You will be able to continue to see the entire service on Facebook, or the church website from home, on your computer or on your mobile device. Also, you can follow the link to the Sermon Archives on the website and listen, share or download the sermon. You can also request an audio CD of any sermon from the church office.

Online giving is available through the website. You can donate one time or set up for a regularly scheduled donation. You can also mail your tithes and donations to the church office

During this time our custodial staff are continuing to take this opportunity to disinfect all surfaces in the building. When we return to normal operations you can be assured everything will be thoroughly cleaned and safe for use.

Be strong, be courageous, demonstrate compassion to the least of these, and bring God the glory even in these difficult times.
